Complaints - Procedure 1.
They should report the matter to the Club Secretary or another
member of the Committee. Your
report should include the following:

Warn as to future conduct ·
Suspend from membership ·
Remove from membership ·
Any person found to have broken the Clubs Code of Conduct, Rules or

Protection Concerns - procedure
In
the event that any person has any child protection concerns regarding you
people at the Club they must: 1.
Report the concern/incident to the team manager/coach or your
parent representative, who will then give that person a cause for concern
form. 2.
This must be completed straight away by the person reporting the
concern/incident and then handed in a sealed envelope to the Clubs
designated person for Child Protection. 3.
The concern will be acted upon following the FA Guidelines. 4.
If the young person involved is deemed to be in immediate danger
then the designated person should be contacted straight away. If this is
not possible then your team manager or parent team representative will be
aware of the FA Guidelines and take the appropriate action. Person
