Select your player ID and card number and a reminder of your PIN will be sent to the email address you last voted from.
If you do not receive your PIN within the next 24 hours you should contact your manager for a new Vote Card.
If your manager can not help you email us at support@mapmavs.co.uk with your Name, Card No. & Team.
If your player does not appear in the list then we do not have a registerd vote that was send with an email address.
The number in brackets shows the total number of cards registered with an email address.
